nice ship, main dining room food and service good, speciality restaurants too expensive and very mediocre. staff felt in training, too many passengers on this voyage for number of staff Too many lines Shows had variety and were slick and professional Infinity balcony is a con TV had limited choices, poor movie choice Wifi spotty and slow A lot of uncharges

if you want t balcony book a room with a balcony. These room types are just oceanview with an opening window that is controlled by the captain and during any weather they remain closed. Which in our case was 3 full days and nights!
