Review summary

Like I said if you like good healthy food with some fibre avoid this ship like the l Plague. Full of millionaires from the USA as well which some might find annoying

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Main dining an embarrassment, small portions of very rich unhealthy cuisine, hardly any vegetables, no whole grains, useless for vegans or people who want to eat healthy. Buffet had some decent food but was closed half the time.

Thanks for sharing your cruise with us.

I have cruised with 3 different cruise lines...they will all accommodate you. You just need to ask! I have personally asked for more vegetables on a few cruises and they brought them out with a smile. I sail soon on Beyond and can't wait. Sorry you were so miserable.

Thanks for the review. That itinerary looks incredible. It’s interesting you mentioned a lot about the food in the ship, but nothing about the Greek ports. I’ve always found the food on ships good to excellent, especially the steaks and other meats. You can always order more than one entrée if the portions are too small.

I think cruising may not be the best choice for vacation for you. While I do not board the Solstice until tomorrow, looking at the menus make me wonder where you ate. Granted, unless you let the Maitre’D know which of the many subsets of vegetarian/vegan you are, then you have a smaller choice. And I have heard from a vegetarian neighbor that the dining staff takes good care of you, just not as many choices as us omnivore types. Hmmm looking at tomorrow night’s menu - 2 starters and 4 entrees (counting the beyond burger) on first night out of 6 and 8 that are suitable for a straight, non animal products, vegetarian.
