We had a fabulous time. First transatlantic and we will definitely do this again. Very relaxing, ship is beautiful and staff is wonderful! Captain Nicholas is so personable and visible throughout the ship. The Retreat once again did not disappoint. Wonderful cruise!

Ship was well maintained crew friendly food left a lot to be desired. Typical shipboard activities, hard to find seating in buffet and pool areas. Not one of my favorite cruises taken. Ports of call uninteresting.

I have cruised Celebrity before, and booked this cruise for myself and 3 girlfriends, who have never cruised on Celebrity before. They are still raving about how great everything was. The crew, the port staff, the excursions, all so organized and seamless. Loved it, want to go back on the Apex!

Nick helped us get the room of our dreams. We got an Aft facing balcony and we couldn't have been happier. We enjoyed the privacy and quiet our location had immensely. Nick is always response and super friendly with every interaction, following up with us frequently to make sure we were happy. 10 out of 10 stars, highly recommend his services.

We don't need to do any more Caribbean cruises. We will stick to destination cruises in the future. We have been most places around the world except for Amazon, Galapogas, Greenland, and Egypt, Jordan, and Israel. I would do another Celebrity cruise to those places if the price is comparable to Holland America.

The ship look is pretty great, our room was very nice and loved the larger sunset veranda. The pool is way over crowded, the food was subpar and the entertainment headliner was awful. We had a good time but this was not what I have experienced with Celebrity in the past so was disappointing.

One of the top cruise line ships we have ever taken . Wouldd fee definitely do another Crlebrity edge class ship .

Everything from embarkation to disembarkation was a very easy and seamless process. This was an incredibly relaxing vacation and we enjoyed every moment of it.

We enjoyed the on board experience and is the reason we cruise.

The cruise experience itself was great. The ball was dropped by AA to the point we almost missed our cruise vacation because of their poor mismanagement. Right out of the gate our flight was delayed by 35 minutes. Once our flight was down and at the gate in CLT, we waited 10 minutes for ground crew to guide our flight in to park. After the flight was parked, we waited another 10 minutes or so long the pilot left to "find someone to move the ramp up to the aircraft". Once our bag was put on the ramp we literally ran from gate E23 all the way to A2 only to find our connecting flight sitting with the ramp still parked next to the flight. AA would not let us board our flight because of their policy of boarding stops 15 minutes before departure. AA knew where we were at all times not only because of tracking their own flights but because the rest of my family and friend were telling the gate attendant where we were. AA couldn't relax their stupid policy of stopping boarding so we could be with the rest of our family and friend. In addition, I paid extra to sit near the front and together. AA put my wife and I in the back and separated us. The rest of my family and friend had to wait 2 hours in FLL baggage claim for us to finally be able to join them. AA is one of the poorest run airlines which was blatantly obvious during covid.

Ship is beautiful. Great entertainment, and shows.

This is the first cruise where we were unhappy with meals in the Luminae. While the service was outstanding, the food left much to be desired. Lamb chops were inedible; short ribs were mostly large pieces of fat. breakfast and lunch menus didn't change and wasn't a great selection. had a fabulous lunch in the Cosmopolitan - should have eaten more meals there.

Overall we really enjoyed this cruise. The Celebrity Apex was beautiful, clean, and had terrific staff members. Good food, drinks, entertainment and onboard activities. Our ports of call were wonderful to experience. I’d definitely recommend this cruise!

We cruised with our family (11 people - 5 rooms in Concierge Class). The Apex is a beautiful ship, we just had the wrong rooms.

Overall, a great cruise. The staff and crew on the Apex are outstanding. They are always friendly and willing to go out of their way to make your cruise enjoyable.

As a long time 10 years plus cruiser, we did enjoy the boat and the shows but it's not our first choice for bang for your buck. We have cruised with Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Carnival and Princess. I must admit that your dollars is better used with Norwegian and Royal Caribbean, Norwegian being honestly the best value for your dollar, their all inclusive packages include pretty much everything on the boat, and even the specialty restaurants (which 2 or 3 nights are included) are affordable if you don't get a package. Norwegian does not nickel and dime you for alcohol or food, even the options for snacks are much better and daytime entertainment was found to be better. The boats from Norwegian might not be as luxurious but this is a small difference as Norwegian boats, especially the newer ones are much more fun and still luxurious enough for the average person. Overall Celebrity cruises is good for those who just want to relax, chill and do nothing but for those who want a little more fun and not be nickel and dimed, I do prefer other companies like Norwegian or Royal Caribbean.
