We enjoyed the ports and the meals we had in the ports. The ship and cabin are beautiful since it is new.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
1 out of 5
Main dining is divided into four restaurants. Service is good, some servers are very enthusiastic and pleasant to talk to. Food was okay. Pretty sure a lot of frozen food. Buffet was tasteless and bland. Room service soup was water/tasteless. Best choice in the buffet, is waiting in line for fresh stir fry, fresh cooked eggs. Desserts look great, some were good. Cafe al bacio had the best cookies. Our best meals were the specialty restaurants. But at $150, this is expected.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
We enjoyed the casino for a couple times. The Spa offered some good
classes. Eden is a beautiful place to rest and enjoy the plants/greenery.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Bands were good. Shows had variety and were good.

Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Staff is hard working and always has to be appreciated. They are very friendly. Some people take advantage of the room steward. They are not your private butler.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
This one year old ship is beautiful.
Easy to navigate. We used the app which gave you the activities schedule in your hand. Very clean. Some Bathrooms had an attendant.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Clean and new/everything was working well. We had the infinity veranda which was an enclosed balcony. This gave you more cabin space. Lots of storage. App gave you control of lights, tv remote, and balcony window.
Ship tip
Eat at the specialty restaurants for the best food. But it will also cost more.
This was an overnight port. The shuttle was not available in the evening and taxis are not available at the pier. I had read about lack of taxi service and the Tourism board sent me three phone numbers for taxi service. I emailed and arranged a taxi pickup and our single taxi at the pier was attempted to be taken by two other parties. Arrange ahead of time, an excursion or a scheduled taxi.
We took the shuttle and visited the Guggenheim Museum. We ate lunch near the museum and returned on the shuttle. Yes, the shuttle costs 10euros each for round trip service.
We have been to Lisbon previously and we took a tuk tuk tour on our own. We got to eat fresh warm custard tarts. The driver was able to bypass the long line. We enjoyed the day.
