I loved the D J by the pool but I felt he should have been able to showcase his skills around 9:30pm in The Club instead of 11:30pm, especially when folks are either leaving dinner or a show and want to party. The UPTOWN show in the theater was really good. The other musical acts seemed very talented but the music that they were playing was awful and depressing!

Our head waiter Sudarsana was Magnificent! The mattre d Olga was Flawless, personable and ran a smooth and well run machine that other ships should emulate. Kathryn in the Cafe on the 4th floor was special. She was so kind, polite and a joy to talk to each morning. Our stateroom attendant was great! I also can’t forget Albert in the main dining room who kept my wife with her favorite wines and went the extra mile by making my daughter a different special cocktail every night.m I also must mention Ryan, Britto, Melvin, Fransico III and the whole main dining room staff led by Olga.
Saving the best for last I must mention Alexandre, the Guest Relations staff and the medical team. I realized that I left my diabetes pen home and Alexandre helped me to get a taxi to a nearby Walgreens and assisted me to get off and back on the ship. Alexandre then followed up with me a couple days later to make sure that I was okay. The doctor and nurse also checked up on me and told me to call if I needed anything. That type of service is rare and is something that I will always appreciate and never forget.

Beautiful ship! Always clean.
Only issue was the signage for Aft and forward was confusing, not only to me but to the staff who commented on it.
Also the Captains club office was more difficult to find than Waldo
Cabin / Stateroom

Great size, lots of closet space and handicapped equipped. Cabin was centrally located mid ship which made it easier to get around.
Was off the ship on time! Got my luggage and a cab shortly thereafter and made it to the airport. By far this was the smoothest Ann best disembarkation I have experienced.
