Overall we had a great time. I think Carnival should have told us months prior that they were having propulsion issues with the Vista. They should have offered for us to change our plans. Instead they waited until day 2 to tell us that we were skipping Grand Cayman.

Cruise started off great. It was extremely hot. Staff and Food and entertainment was perfect. Ship started having issues and we were delayed getting to Jamaica and had our Grand Cayman port canceled. We closed out the trip with Cozumel....I don't care how many times I go to Cozumel, I fall in love with it each time. Left Cozumel and due to ship traveling slower speeds we got back into Galveston late which was a complete nightmare but overall wonderful cruise. Guess I will try to get Grand Cayman for the 4th time....I will make it there one day.

The ship was nice but some areas were smaller than what im us to on carnival ships

Overall, the wonderful experience made us aware why people cruise often. Our friends that encouraged us to experience our first cruise, became our guides and advisers from the day we booked five months before the ship sailed until we arrived home. The ship's captain, becoming aware of the Houston highway constructing impeding travel into the terminal, withheld underway sailing to ensure all booked customers were onboard, a commendable action. I did not mind waiting to ensure everyone was onboard.

The cruise director was amazing, Kendall Fire. If you get a chance to sail with her, do it. She really was great!

We did the Turtle excursion at Grand Cayman. The food was delicious! I was not impressed with the Jamaican excursion that we picked. The food was not warm. But the beach was beautiful. And the people from there were very nice! I enjoyed the beach and people!! Cozumel is always a blast! No excursions this time! Just shopping! I loved it!!! I would do this same trip again in the future! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This cruise was unexpected. I had just got done with the Sailabration and thought was I was not cruising again til the Fall. A friend was having her first cruise on the Vista and invited me. Of course couldn’t turn that down. Got to help her learn the new ship and she showed me many venues and excursions I had been missing. The embarkation and room were the only let downs but I never let a couple of issues ruin a great time.

I would also like to commend Carlos, one of the fun squad. He was great at all times when we crossed paths with him. A pleasure to deal with all the time and extremely helpful. Also Luis our excursion guide in Cozumel was outstanding (Beach Buggy Tour). His attentiveness was awesome and we had a great time, This was my first time on the Vista and I was excited to sail on this ship. I have sailed on 4 other ships and will be a Platinum cruiser on October sailing. I love Carnival and have only sailed with Carnival since 2017 and this was cruise #10. The Vista was somewhat disappointing but will sail on her again in October and see what happens. I guess i expected more seeing the class of this ship.

Thank you Vista for everything ♥️ I was looking for a last minute spring break cruise and ended up with lifetime of memories. 📸 @carnival vista was my first chance to actually experience the #funship from a older perspective. ⚓️ As expected, this ship had non-stop activities, entertainment and of course the food! (Can I get another chocolate melting cake 😍) I got to tour Grand Cayman and it’s such a beautiful island! In Cozumel I did a COOKING CLASS!! Has to be one of my favorite excursions #tabascochefmasestro 🇲🇽 I am continuing to learn that cruising isn’t only about the ship and ports but also all the crew & guest you meet! I have some pretty high expectations for August. 🛳🍾🕺

Had a great, relaxing time. The ship was clean, staff was excellent, food was great!

We had a great time overall. We did a back to back cruise for the first time ever. Try the spa. We enjoyed it very much. The restaurant pass was definitely worth it. We tried every restaurant on the ship. It was great.

A cruise is a cruise so it's hard to complain, but I just didn't love the Vista. It's a big ship, but seems small and the elevator waits were insane. I'll go back to the Dream class. Savannah is a super fun CD. I look forward to sailing with her again. Sailing last year definitely spoiled us with lower capacity. So much so this may be our last cruise for awhile, it was just too much waiting in line. I'll also say, this particular sailing had a lot of rude obnoxious people and parents who let their kids also be obnoxious. Even my teenager commented on it. I overheard a lot of complaints on elevator rides. While I usually disagree, this time I thought they were justified. But hey, still grateful to have the blessing of cruising.

We had a wonderful time! We had amazing scuba diving and snorkeling in ports and greatly enjoyed our time on the ship.

Cruising is my favorite vacation. I love the entertainment, the food, the drinks, the activities and the people! The staff treats us like royalty and it is just a great way to get away.

This itinerary is always ok. Good cruise. Our family had a very good time.
