Excellent. All ports except Montego Bay were thoroughly enjoyable. Entertainment was top notch and we enjoyed the food. Main dining room was understaffed. Our waiters provided terrific service but had way too many tables to look after effectively.

Vista is a lovely ship, its big and you dont feel crowded. the main theater and comedy club had plenty of seating, dont wait until last minute to show up for the shows. food was good, staff was fabulous. .

Overall a great experience. I own stock in Carnival and think you are doing a great job. I brought 11 family members with me on this cruise and they all had a great time, some of them were first time cruisers, others like RCL.

We love our Carnival cruises and they are always memorable, but the Vista did not feel as luxurious as other ships we have been on. The staff were terrific and seemed happy to be meeting our needs. The buffet food was bland and lacked variety, but I was happy not to be cooking! We will always return to Carnival, but probably not the Vista. We missed the grand atrium upon entering the ship, and definitely missed the glass elevator.

Unbelievable! The Cruise Director was Awesome! Everywhere we went or whatever we did we were like family on an island by ourselves. Loved it ❤️

Amazing family adventure. Definitely looking forward to cruising with Carnival again.

To many slamming doors and hearing of running footsteps. The dine at your time dining room was not at all as nice as others. Ship wasn’t what we expected.

Carnival definitely doesn't do any justice for sports fans, they have one tiny sportscar where they show some games, not all, and most of the time it is full packed with people.. and no drinking ones as well. The rooms use to have local channels such as Fox, CBS, NBC, but they no longer do for some reason. Donuts on the ship would give everyone that American touch. I still love Carnival and still plan to cruise with them, they need to just widen their Fun for All gimmick.

This was an amazing experience for both my husband and myself.

We enjoyed our cruise, however we will never cruise again while kids are out of school, and unfortunately it's not all the kids fault - parents think the ship is a babysitter and they run wild!! Our room issues were listed above and we found the ship to be confusing - normally after a day or 2 you figure things out, but we were still getting turned around on the final day and we are seasoned cruisers. We will sail her again, but be careful our cabin choices and time of year

The staff was amazing and attentive. The on board entertainment was incredible and the cruise director was a riot.

This was just a cruise to get away from home and work. We've been to these ports several times so wasn't important to take excursions again. Entertainment has improved over past cruises with Carnival! And Matt our cruise director was the best! Weather wasn't the best leaving Galveston, but was much better in Caribbean ports.

This was a perfect honeymoon experience for us and the memories will last forever. We made friends with many of the staff, and had so many favorite things by the end of the trip.

Never cruising again. First off the staff wasn't the friendliest...except for our cabin steward. He was awesome! The horizon waiters were pushy and we seemed rushed through dinner. Formal night was nothing more than a night to dress up. There were no beautiful carved fruit and veggie displays, I didn't see an ice sculpture except for the one they used as a demo. Debarkation was chaos!! They tell you they will call your desk at8 yet you are supposed to be out of your room at 8 so they can clean the cabins for the next group. So where do th pu go with all your luggage? They didnt mention that. Most important reason NOT to cruise Carnival is their emergency contact number is a joke. Our 5 month pregnanat daughter fell and went to the hospital for observation. She tried calling the ship for four days many times a day and it always said there was "maintenance". I called when we were back in shore and had the same messge. Rediculous....never again Carnival...never again!

Probably last carnival cruise food is getting worse and buckle and dimming is increasing

Had the absolute most amazing time on Carnival Vista and cannot even begin express my gratitude towards the staff members onboard, especially Delia and Nickolas in the Horizons dining, who absolutely went out of their way to give us the most memorable dining experience. Marion and Bakti in the casino, who took the fun to a whoke new level and Pedro, who made our stateroom and us feel like home everyday! And last but not least, I Made and Suka over in the pool area, providing the best services, from remembering our drink orders to never leaving us dry! Again, so very thankful for all of the cruise members onboard and have so much more to list, if it weren’t for such a short character limit!

Ship needs some cleaning done it. Not as clean as last year when we were on it. Need to change up your shows a lot are the same as last year. A lot of kids running up and down the halls could not sleep. Other then that all was good.

Loved the cruise and staff. I will definitely take another one day!

FINDING YOUR WAY AROUND WAS THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE-I DIDN'T FIND THE COFFEE AND JUICE BAR TILL THE LAST DAY. THE EMPLOYEES WERE UNIVERSALLY SMILING AND HAPPY-MAYBE TWO EXCEPTIONS. MY TRAVEL PARTNER WAS A LITTLE CONTENTIOUS WHICH DETRACTED A LITTLE FROM THE CRUISE. THE ART AUCTIONS WERE ENJOYABLE AND ENTERTAINING AS WAS THE JEWELRY SEMINAR. EXCURSIONS GOOD ESPECIALLY THE ROATAN GARDEN TOUR AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY!!!
