Overall, from the entertainment, activities onboard, all the amazing food it was such an over the top experience! We absolutely loved it and my husband is already looking to book another cruise with Carnival without kiddos this time. We were extremely impressed. My only complaint is
my kids think they’re getting a 3 course meal at dinner now! They’ve been spoiled… we all have. We definitely want to do this again.

The kids enjoyed pong pong, the sky ride, above ground obstacle course (I saw my life flash before my eyes on that one), kids camp, the slides…. My husband and I enjoyed the deck loungers, and relaxing

The nightly shows were a blast- it was something we looked forward to during the trip. The djs knew exactly what songs to play and I’m not sure if Savannah is under “entertainment” but she made the “cruise world” go round. Amazing

Okay, so our favorite restaurant to go to was The Horizons. We sat at table 372 pretty much every night that we went and got to know Novie, I Made,and Walim. I’m not sure if my family looked forward more to the greeting and warmth shown by each one of these men or the food more. They made the dining experience top notch and welcomed us as though we were family. We cannot say enough amazing things about these three. Their attention to details, readily smiling faces, and kind heartedness was over the top and makes us long for table 372 once more.

We stayed in the Family Harbor Lounge section of the boat. The lay out was great (very thankful for the balcony), having access to breakfast/snacks and coffee/water throughout the day was incredible. None of this compares to the 10/10 man named Nyuman. (not sure of the spelling) Daily, he was there meeting whatever need we had, the cabin was so well taken care of and cleaned with such *again* attention to detail and TLC that he made us not just comfortable, but feeling like our home away from home comfortable. only cleaner. Our whole family, whether we were coming or going looked for Nyuman to give fist bumps and ask how his day was; which was always met with a smile and an enjoyable quick conversation. He made our first time cruise experience what it is!
Cabin / Stateroom

This might have been answered above already… the girls enjoyed the bunk bed feel and my husband and I found our bed extremely comfortable. Always clean, always had fun towel animals that we appreciated and loved seeing, and we couldn’t have asked for a more personable steward of our room. Nyuman was such an honor to have met and get to know.
We left the boat, but not for an excursion. We shopped based of Nyuman’s suggestion on where to go- it was the perfect day and really enjoyable with the weather and crystal clear water.
We attended the meeting and it was just the right amount of information to make it a smooth experience. We chose the quick disembarkation option and we were back to our car by 8:35! So easy.
Glad your 1st cruise went well. Sounds like you're going to enjoy cruising. We always did Orlando Florida when our only son was younger. We regret that we never tried cruising until he was grown up.
