Embarkation

Horrible, long wait. We were late for our embarkation, our fault, we thought we had to be on time or later. They put us in a long line. Anyone who came prior to their schedule time was allowed to go ahead in a short line. The area was air conditioned but small and very tight. Most men, age 30 and up, did not wear their mask or did not have it covering their nose. Covid protocols were not followed or enforced. My Daughter became sick and over heated, fortunately someone gave her an unopened water bottle which helped. By the time we finally made it to the ship, she had to sit for at least 45 min. before she could move. She was in bed recovering the rest of the day.

The food in the dining room was very good. The way they handled my time dining was excellent. You used the app when you were ready to eat and they put you on a waiting list and let you know when your table was ready. The wait was never more than 10 min. I think they took a lot of tables and chairs out of the dining room which made it very easy to get around. The buffet was horrible, we did not eat there at all. We loved Guys Burgers and the Seafood Shack, both were fantastic!
Onboard Activities

We had a Havana Cabin in the past so we thought we would never get any other type of cabin. This was a BIG Mistake. The pool was full with no room to move. Most of the people were loud, drunk and obnoxious. I'm sure this is because of the new Cheers promo. We know of a few passengers who either purchased cabana bands from other cruisers or used their old ones to enter the Havana area (they were bragging about it). The staff did nothing about it even though we told several. We canceled all future cabana cabins and switched to regular cabins.
Entertainment
Nothing interesting, prefer Broadway shows on RCCL Most of the movies even the late night were kids movies. There were very few children on the ship

Everyone was happy to see us. Great service from everyone. Our only complaint was the excursion staff. They were not helpful or friendly.

It was what we expected. We could have had a regular Balcony for what we paid for an inside Havana Cabin.
