Was a bit nervous about a inside cabin but was surprised how quiet the room was compared to in the past having the outside Havana Suites, we choose inside cabin due to the security issues with the sliding glass doors not staying secured in previous cruises and have a theft issue on our last cruise(report was filed, nothing was followed up on) not too good communication skills with the security and maintenance on the ship...

When we first got to our cabin, our shower overflowed, and drain was clogged. We also paid more to have a Havana room and we had no refrigerator in our room which was very disappointing. Also our door spring at the top was broken so every time we went to close our door it wouldn't close all the way and sometimes, we didn't know it and anyone could have came into our room without a key.

It was what we expected. We could have had a regular Balcony for what we paid for an inside Havana Cabin.
