The rocking of ship causes me not to want to go again on the vista. Actually will go out of different port next two cruises we go on. Found great things in each port for my house, and enjoyed meeting the people. Mr sanchos is a must in cozumel. Galveston needs more custom agents

Our steward was great, always had clean room. Getting off boat encountered a rude worker who told me I couldnt stop long enough to make sure my 9 year old autistic child didnt get trampled with everyone cutting in front of her as she rolled her suitcase. I informed lady that I'd stonewall the line until I made sure she was ok and near me so she didnt panicked.
Ship Quality

Too big of ship so the layout wasnt effective and efficient. Had to go across deck 5 and go down 2 floors to get to main dining room. Couldnt cut through to get there. No one could give clear directions to the resturant, almost lost our table because it took 7 people and 15 minutes to find our way

Cut across deck 5 to aft of ship to get to dining on deck 3.
Considering we were of the boat by 745 and through customs by 830, it could have been worse. Fttf made that happen. But the staff during disembarkation could have been nicer to parents with small children. I understand theres a time frame, but theres also kindness.
I went on breeze, never felt the boat moving, this was enough to rock you out of bed or chairs and wake you up at night. Didnt have sea sickness, just would be eating in mdr and the boat causing you to sway. Or be sound asleep and feel a jerk.
