We will definitely cruise again but most likely try another line.
Embarkation
4 out of 5
Easy. Had everything ready and didn’t choose to be one of the first so it wasn’t super busy trying to get onto the ship.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
There was a lot left to desire in the restaurants, buffets and dining room.
Restaurants: went to the the specialty steakhouse and the food was under seasoned, waiter was new so he was unsure of what he was doing and I felt like I overpaid for mediocre food.
The buffet was always busy and I didn’t eat there as I chose to go to blue iguana or have pizza.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
We went to the comedy club and went dancing on 2 nights. Both of those were very enjoyable.
What gives this part of the review a 3 was:
The pools- they were all DISGUSTING. The water was murky and you could literally see the dirt wringing the side of the pools.
The outdoor parties turned into inappropriate twerking sessions with foul language being thrown everywhere. There were tons of children around and that behavior was completely inappropriate. Not to mention adults much like myself that DID NOT pay to have those shenanigans happening.
Entertainment

Children's Programs
No children went with me.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Great staff. Our steward, Dinio were so wonderful. There were those few that were inappropriate or lacking training but I’m sure every company has one or two of those.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
Though the staff was amazing at making sure they were on top of cleaning, the pool and common areas were still dirty due to the high traffic.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Plenty of space for the husband and I. We didn’t overpack so there was space to put all the clothes and things we brought with us. The balcony was an added bonus. A lot of time was spent out there once we hit deeper waters.
Our steward and his staff were great about making sure the room was clean and made up.
We didn’t have a working fridge however and they made sure to keep a supply of ice for us at all times.
Why bother telling us if we’re going to take our own bags, disembarkation would go faster if all that we saw happen was the people that had opted to have their luggage take off the ship got off faster? It was utter bs. Disembarkation took a total of 3 hours from leaving the ship to getting out of the port.
