Review summary

1st night was awful we had poop coming up in the bathtub and through the the drain on the floor and ruined my clothes, the room stunk like poop for a couple of days, and the 2nd night, the toilet wouldn’t flush and the plumber tried to say we were flushing wipes and tampons down the toilet, guest services tried their best to clean and make it smell better and kept giving us drink vouchers, even though my husband and don’t really drink-of course we did use them, on the night my stepsons girlfriend had us kicked out and said we were drunk, and had escorted out by security like we were children, my husband and I take medication for sleeping and we were laying down for bed, had 1 drink throughout the day..,I was very upset, just bc the room was in her name didn’t mean she had the right to kick us out, we paid our part of the room/very disappointing...for my husband and I to be treated like children, and then to be given drink vouchers and have our drinking privileges taken away for the rest of the cruise...the other room we stayed in was awesome-room #2237

When we were moved to this floor it was awesome 👏🏻 bc we got to have coffee and water available faster than going all the way up to other floors

They were all wonderful, especially, Roni, Dominique, Sinta, (I think her name was) Lisa in the dining room-horizons? She had blond hair and glasses, milla (at the photo place) there were a few people at guest services that really helped us, a very tall woman with dark hair-she’s very beautiful-tried to keep up with everyone’s names, a very nice gentleman in the dining area, that was head of the dinning area-fantastic service-all of the cleaning staff were excellent!!!! I can’t thank them enough!!!! I’m sure I’m leaving someone out...

Welp..... i just dont even know how to respond to all that......ewwww.......huh........wtf........sorry that happened to u.......wow........and great were just a few emotions that came as i read this. I do have to say u definitely made lemonade outta lemons and seemed to have had a good trip? U didnt blast carnival or b overly negative about anything.

1st time cruiser. Thought there’d be more to it but was left a little disappointed.
