I am glad we did this cruise because I was anxious to see the Venezia. Overall we had a good cruise, but I would not do the Venezia again due to the theatre problems (I am a retired dancer/choreographer/director and my husband is a musician and a techie so the theatre and music of the cruise is important to us).

Ship design was wonderful, food was good, staff was VERY friendly. Room attendant Kadek was wonderful. Would definitely sail Venezia again. Best of all, there were very few passengers under 18, noise was at a minimum.

It was a really nice cruise from New York City to Bermuda. There is a lot to see and do aboard the ship, with a variety of eating options. There were a lot of activities to choose from in Bermuda, which is a stunning gorgeous natural tropical paradise. The ship was decorated with beautiful Italian themed artwork throughout the ship. The Carnival Cruise ship corporation needs to install an adults only pool on the 15th deck of the ship, in the adults only section, to escape all the screaming kids at the other two pools onboard the ship.

I was surprised by the poor behavior of the other guest. This was my 4th cruise and im not sure if it was being in nyc that made a difference. All in all we made the best of it. I dont think I would book with Carnival and probably not leave from nyc again.

Carnival venezia ship is small but has great food and dinning options. Friendly staff make it worth the travel and everyone is trying to please you. Overall a great trip. Bermuda island makes it worth.

Unique Italian themed Carnival ship. It was decorated well and felt special.

Overall, we had a great time because of the people who we are with. But be prepared for a whole bunch of add ons, drink package limitations and crappy service. The time at the port is very limited due to shuttles and chaotic embarkation process. This will be my first and last cruise.

Great first cruise, the service on the boat was the star. Employees are very helpful. The food at the buffet was good but at the free sitting restaurant, much better. It was diversified. Amber cove stop was ok but we had to go taxi to the nearest public beach to have more fun. Grand turk and half moon were made for the ship so it was great. For a first cruise, it was a good learning Experience to choose more appropriatly the next Time. Excellent family oriented boat!

All in all in was just a good cruise not a great one, the HUB which is the center for everything did not work all the time because it dropped Wi-Fi constantly, the added gratuities added 18% to everything, and I mean everything. They nickel and dime you to death, exp; $5.00 to use chat and most of the time it did not work. Why not just add all these charges to the cost of the cruise and most people would have a more enjoyable cruise.

We kept to ourselves and had a great time. The clientele was somewhat disappointing because some people are just rude, slovenly, and don’t watch their kids. An employee told me that prime occupancy is 4000 and there were 4953 passengers. That’s a 20% increase that caused lines EVERYWHERE and an increased burden on staff and passengers.

Nice ship, great staff, need better management and revamp of IT and elevator systems.

The ship was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I now know why people love cruises. 🚢

The boat was way too crowded to fully enjoy it. We spent most the time standing on lines. The nightclub also wasn’t a night club it was just a room.

My husband & I are seasoned cruisers. This was our first with Carnival and found ourselves comparing the ship & its services to other cruiselines. We strongly recommend: 1) redesigning the food buffet line, arranging items by group, resulting in shorter lines and 2) assigning someone to oversee what is missing, needing refill, noting what's out of order, etc.

We had a great time on our trip. It was a budget cruise for us and we made the most of it. We would do it again.

My daughter Maria took our family on a family trip to celebrate, birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoon and for the family to bond. It was a great experience.

I was exceptional because our last cruise was with Royal Caribeann and the ship was almost double the size of the Carnival, let me tell you, they have so many activities and the food is so good that I stop comparing and enjoyed every single day, no space to boredom, I want to give special recognition to MarcQ, he is the cruise director and he is the SOUL of that ship, all I have to say.
