Food was good. Dining room staff were great. They did somersaults to accomodate a diabetic passenger and did it successfully. Note that other companies have special menus for diabetics making the process much easier for everyone.

No real pool of any size, gym is small, particularly weight lifting area showed no thought about design.

Room steward Arwin was great, friendly and helpful. Dealt very well with 4 difficult septuagenarians. Same for waiters in the Canal Grande.

Maintenance and cleanliness excellent. Layout good with the exception of the pools and gym as mentioned above. Elevators a complete fail. I recommend some sort of ETA display so that people can confirm that the elevator will eventually get to them and go to the right floor. A display of Estimated time of arrival would allow for patience for long waits, easily 15 minute. Particularly important for passengers where stairs is not an option.

Good layout, comfortable and had adequate space for everything.
Ship tip
If on-board communication is needed within a group, best to get best Internet option on every phone and use WhatsApp. Chat is a complete fail. Even with internet expect frequent wifi drop and even logout of the app. IT needs complete redo.
Handicap wheelchair process ridiculous. Left stranded in the middle for an indefinite period before the handicapped passenger got really upset and we demanded to proceed. Chris saved the day from that point on.
