People were really friendly. Service was top notch.

I booked this cruise for a friend for his 53rd birthday and we had an amazing time and look forward to booking another cruise soon.

First cruise with the kiddos (10 y/o M & 13 y/o M). They loved every second we were cruising and the excursions were icing on the cake for them! We will be back soon-happy sailing!

Everything went well on our cruise-No Complaints! WE enjoyed all the onboard activities!

We Were disappointed that 18 per cent gratuity was added to almost everything. We prepaid gratuities and did not like the preset amount.

It was a wonderful cruise despite the tropical storm conditions throughout the entire cruise due to the great sailing by the Captain. Our waiter, Michael, was outstanding in taking care of us during meals and a Birthday celebration. Our Room Steward, Kwong, prepared our cabin beautifully and left amazing towel characters. The bartenders were amazing in quickly providing wonderful drinks to us despite the large amount of customers. The entire crew/staff was very welcoming and obliging in satisfying our needs. Austin Morris, the Cruise Director, was very energetic, well-organized, and provided great entertainment.

I am so heartbroken that I get one vacation a year from work and I saved 8 months for THIS awful experience. I've cruised with Carnival since 2006, never again though. HORRIBLE!!

all the steos where to high had to lift the scooter over then with one leg pluse bang up scooter every time i do it and it happen over forty times i could not even get in my room with out lifting it

After being on a RC cruise earlier this year I will stay away from The smaller ships like Valor. Not as many choices and better food are big deals for me but this was a quick inexpensive trip so all in all we got more than we paid.

Carnival cruises are always a good time, but you get what you pay for. Old ships, no A/C in the theaters half the time, no AC in the room and broken washers and dryers. It is a good bargain cruise if that's what you are looking for.

The Valor Rock band will be what I remember for the rest of my life. Austin was also very memorable, and the gym was really nice. Other than that, the rest will likely blend in with other cruise experiences.

Cruise went well with the exception of the number of unsupervised children that were let loose on the Lido deck mid especially in the hot tubs.

Nice trip. Staff was great. Valor is an older ship, but well maintained.

Overall we really enjoyed this cruise. However, carnival has changed a lot since pre-covid. The drinks were watered down (mainly noticed on the 1st day), there was no “turn down” service in any of our staterooms. Everything seemed to be an extra fee now. Aside from the wait staff in the main dining room, no one really seemed to go “above and beyond”. I noticed a lot of staff standing around on their phones which isn’t necessarily an issue, it was just one sign that their level of service and high standards have fallen tremendously.

It was a fun trip but I will book directly with the cruise line from now on. I only used cruise only so that i could use Hilton points to pay. Ridiculous amount of time spent on the phone with them. We did have fun but will not repeat this process.

Being this was my third carnival cruise and never experienced staff behavior in this manner of carelessness. But since I was traveling with family it made up for the mishaps.

This cruse was great - or family enjoyed it and had a blast!

This was a great trip. I do think the food could have been a bit better, however the piano bar made up for it.

The cruise overall was fantastic. Everything was great, except for we were a little disappointed in the food. The Buffet was good, but the restaurants were disappointing.

Always enjoy the atmosphere and looking forward to more in the future!
