Review summary

It was a fun trip but I will book directly with the cruise line from now on. I only used cruise only so that i could use Hilton points to pay. Ridiculous amount of time spent on the phone with them. We did have fun but will not repeat this process.

yes dolphin encounter and playa mia. Excursion was good, but having to purchase their photos was ridiculous. WAY overpriced. Excursion was rushed to get it all in. Not enough time at either place.

Disembarkation

That was the rudest port authorities I have ever encountered. we had a 4 year old fall head first down the escalator and the lady working the top literally screamed at all of us for stopping the flow of traffic. No concern whatsoever for the child and didn't even look to see if she was hung, ok or what!!!! I wish I had gotten her name....she should be fired. The other staff there was rude as well.

I would think booking direct would always be best, but many book via various sources. I was unaware Hilton points could be applied to a cruise… Hope your next cruise experience is better from booking through disembarkation.

Use a local to you travel agent and support a small business. It doesn’t cost you any extra and they take care of literally everything for you. No, I’m not a TA, but love ours and wouldn’t thinking about not using her for all our travel. She’s the best!
