Service was great. Boat was comfortable, great cushioned seating on deck and Serenity area with hammocks. Good coffee bar. Casino nice open floor plan. Shows were great.  Very good bands/entertainment EXCEPT the piano bar guy should be fired. He was definitely not IN it....had been sick and that's understandable but he spent every 5 minutes explaining how he had to be given cash for requests....very crass and seemed very negative and uninspired. He could have just played well and not so much voice if he still didn't feel well....we left and never went back.  Food was good but wish there had been cookies on the lido at night time...on all the cruise ships I suggest if they are going to do pizza....make it GOOD pizza...that would be a treat over the lame pizza they do.
