Review summary

I have been on many cruises with Carnival and the service seems to keep getting worse on each one.  The food service dining was not up to par.  Wrong dishes given to people, numerous mistakes, staff seemed confused and service was not timely.  The room steward service was just as bad.  Took 2 days to get an extra pillow.  No evening service two nights in a row.  Room not cleaned for 2 days even though we were gone all day.  Room attendants did not speak English and left dirty dished in the cabin when they did clean it.  Design of the ship awful hard to find your way around.

Ummmm....can't read a map? The ship is only so big. It cracks me up when people get lost. Maybe on the first day, but after that.... And BTW, all staff and crew must speak English.

Carnival cruise ships out of Australia are 1st class great food great service they are very clean and are great for kids come on down under and experience beautiful islands on fantastic ships

I agree. Carnival has changed a lot and not in a good way. I was just on the Splendor and we had to pick if we wanted morning or night service for our room. But the food was much better than the Sensation when i went in january. Overall I love carnival and will continue to cruise with them.

We must have been on the same one. Had the same experiences as you. As this was my 4th carnival cruise I was very disappointed.
