It is very nice and clean. I love the destinations. The excursion descriptions were unclear. The Art people were very condescending/rude if you did not buy a frame with your art purchase. The wait staff was very friendly. Luggage Express did not work at all for us or our friends. Everyone's luggage was delayed. In addition, at first you charged bag feeds,even though we indicated Gold American Airlines on the form. Also two sets of Luggage Express tags were delivered to our room and so we had clear both those things up.

Loved Punchliners comedy. Would like to be able to see show at Punchliners and take in main show, sometimes they conflicted. HATE the Black Jack Pro, loved the Fun Pairs on the BJ tables.

Beatriz from Romania in Washington Lowerwas the best! She had a new assistant and she did a lot of the work herself to keep things moving. Even brought out an anniversary cake we bought at Formalities.

Very narrow on Promenade. Also when you get off the elevator on Lido, and enter Rosies, there is no clear path. You are winding your way through tables.

The towel animals are getting better and better over the years. Koala and monkey were my favorites.
We rented a cabana. It did not have a door so how can you use the air-conditioning? It was worthless. We paid for 4 people, then 2 more friends were added for an additional $90 but we received no more food. Food was not refrigerated. Kids kept stealing our mats off the front porch. People were sitting on our steps. There was no regard for privacy.
Bacardi rum tour was informational and fun. The sightseeing part was them dropping us off in Old San Juan before anything was open. Not good. Didn't feel safe either.
