Review summary
My husband and I were underwhelmed by the service on the Carnival Triumph. Many of the staff were unfriendly, the cabins (we had a balcony cabin) were very dated, no night stands in the room, no fridge in the room, very old television set whose picture had green spots on in the upper corner, the internet service was in and out even though we paid $150 for the entire trip. We would be watching a program and the satellite would cut out and not return. When the buffet was open, the salads containing mayo were not on a bed of ice, other items like french toast were old and crusty sitting over a sterno too long. All in all not good. The itinerary was very good but the ship and her staff left a lot to be desired.
