I doubt I will ever cruise with Carnival again. I was miserable about the noise level and was only offered another cabin on the next to last night of the cruise.

We enjoyed our time on the Carnival Sunshine. It is an older ship, but the overall experience was great and the cruise director is fantastic!!

All and all I would NOT recommend the Carnival sunshine to anyone. Small pools, very unorganized, ship is old. Staff not properly trained. Contacted both ship customer service and Carnival and so far no one has cared enough to callnor drop a quick email. Ordered items to be in our room in arrival. Only half of them showed up, took 3 days of complaints and calls to get them to give us a credit for the items that we paid for and never recieved. The cruise director TJ was the absolute best part of the trip and the shows where amazing. If they could move him and the entertainment to a better ship there is potential there to have an amazing time. Very disappointed in this vacation

Fun small family cruise! Great job with the music and dance variety to getting everyone up and moving. The Comedian was hilarious. The host was fun and entertaining. Musical theatric shows par. Food was delish!

First thing I’ll repeat is in the end it was still a cruise and not work! However as previously mentioned we very EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the quality of food choices, especially in the main dining room! We were also somewhat stunned by the number of service staff, bartenders etc that were VERY UNFRIENDLY and UNWELCOMING! This is the service industry and you have a captive audience for 5 days. If you cannot interact with the passengers in a friendly, welcoming manor find another occupation! We’ve been on probably 6-7 other cruises, including most with Carnival, and this was easily the least friendly staff and worst food of any of them

Our family enjoyed the cruise and the kids are already asking to go back on a second trip.

We had a great time! Tons of fun ;) It is helpful to do a little research so we knew exactly what to expect and what we wanted to do. We are looking forward to the next cruise!

Wonderful time, A whole lot better than I expected ! Crew and food were amazing !! Room was great. Most of the public on the cruise were extremely friendly.

Had a really good time until debarking. Had to stand in a long line for customs only to finally be told we could leave. A waste of time.

First cruise out of Charleston, SC. It's a little different from the bigger ports but all and all it wasn't too bad. Not sure if we will cruise out of Charleston again but loved the history of the city.

My friend and I had a great time despite Carnival’s flaws! Would not sail Carnival again! We have platinum status from sailing with them in the past, but would not sail again.

Had a great time. Wish they still served Coke, especially to mix my drinks.

This is the first mother daughter trip and will definitely be so many more. The staff was awesome and food was okay could us a lot of seasoning; however my daughter enjoyed the pizza and burgers. Shows were exciting and very live. Bingo could of been a lot better. Will definitely do another in a year or sooner

It was Wonderful! I can't wait to do it again. My wife who didn't think that she would like a cruise is now looking at how long it will take us to get to Diamond. We both loved it, it was the most relaxing vacation that we have ever taken. The staff was exceptional and were always happy to help you in any way that they could. This was our first cruise of many, and we hope to book another one as soon as Feb. 2023. Thank you to the Carnival staff for making our vacation great!

My husband got food poisoning the first night from some wings he order with room service he was out for two days and the cruise didn’t have anything to accommodate for a stomach bug

The food was just meh...service was good for some things but others it was either slow, non-existent, or rude. The best part was Camp Ocean. Staff was wonderful and my son loved it.

It was a great experience for my family 1st timer doing a carnival cruise. It’s a once in a lifetime that will be treasured forever with my family.

All I can say is I really enjoying everything the server was good dinner, room, and any problem we had was tooken care of. We could not ask for anything else

For a couple looking for a getaway for their anniversary with no kids it was still a great experience, we know this ship is geared towards kids but we did have a good time.

I want to brag on the cruise director TJ. He was just born for that job!! His enthusiasm and energy was the highlight of the cruise. He made every experience brighter.
