Review summary

All and all I would NOT recommend the Carnival sunshine to anyone. Small pools, very unorganized, ship is old. Staff not properly trained. Contacted both ship customer service and Carnival and so far no one has cared enough to callnor drop a quick email. Ordered items to be in our room in arrival. Only half of them showed up, took 3 days of complaints and calls to get them to give us a credit for the items that we paid for and never recieved. The cruise director TJ was the absolute best part of the trip and the shows where amazing. If they could move him and the entertainment to a better ship there is potential there to have an amazing time. Very disappointed in this vacation

Very unorganized, no lines just funneled everyone through on fricking exit door. No kne knew where to go or what to do. One person scanning cards to exit ship

Sailedon it years ago and see it will be refurbished next year. Looking forward to getting away and always make the best of it. No complaints ever as long as clean

Never sailed her out of Charleston but my adult kids and theirs families as well as my wife and I like the Sunshine over the other larger ships. We have never had a bad cruise with her and have also taken a journey cruise on her. Of course everything was not picture perfect the same as on any ship. We don’t look for problems,, just a fun time and relaxing time going with the flow.

Sunshine is awesome for an older ship. 6 times on her including a few weeks ago. Awesome serenity deck. Decent spa. Very few lines at full capacity. On board 20 minutes after arriving at the parking and off the ship 30 minutes after arrival time. Easy peasy.

Thanks for the review. This is an older ship in a port that will no longer be used in a couple of years. They are getting some last use out of the ship before it heads to the scrap yard at some point.
