The boat was beautiful, the room steward Laura was amazing. 

There are only two complaints that I have:  Not every bar will serve you a soda when you have an endless bubbles package, the bartender at the Alchemy bar  sent us to another bar...because he could not do it...not very friendly about it either.

Also on formal night we went to the steakhouse where you have to pay extra, when I called they said no shorts or jeans, no problem but when we showed up they told my boyfriend he was to causal because he had light colored pants on and tennis shoes.  After a long conversation she decided to let us in, We spent over $80.00.  While sitting there we noticed men being allowed in with sweatshirts, corduroy pants, black jeans,and buttoned up shirts not tucked in with nothing said to them at all.....

Food is not  that great,  the same most of the time , with no variation and meat is rough.  Food no taste and very blend. Could have put in little effort to make it tasted better.  Other shipmate said the same thing .

No show on one night when we were out at sea. All canned music( No Band)  only 7 people in the cast. Very small arena.

Asked what was considered 'Casual Dress' at Dinner because so many people had on sneakers and SHORTS! (Every night)  Matridee stated that sneakers and shorts were OK for dinner..  First time I ever heard that..

 Life boat drill was way too long. 80 Minutes. Heard the same canned message 7 times. As a senior I could not stand that long..

 Actual dinning was excellent!   Service excellent!

I would have liked to have watched the movies but due to weather it was cold to be out on deck. I thought the ship had a theatre too.  The excursions were too rushed to spend time sightseeing.  Onboard activities could be improved.  Crew members very friendly. 

this is our 4th time cruising to canada (carnival and NCL before), and this was by far the best. there was always something to do on the boat and lots of food choices (guy fieri burgers, mexican burritos, pizza, pasta bar, asian stir fry noodles, deli...in addition to the standard restaurant and buffet options).

my favorite part of the cruise was all the great shows and music and emma was amazing I loved the piano bar and kareoke the bartenders were very friendly and the housekeeping staff was really great

We enjoyed the food the most.  The activities were okay, but not great.  We saw one show that was very good.  it was a Motown show and was very well done.  The comedian was good too.  We went to the family shows.  They showed good movies, but only on deck and it was too cold to attend.  It would be a good idea to show them in the theater when there are no shows going on.  The service was excellent.

Getting an upgrade from my noisy cabin.lulian at guest services was fantastic at getting us a much better cabin. His concern and speed to accommodate us was exceptional. I look forward to new Carnival ships that come to the New York and Baltimore ports

It was our 30th anniversary cruise and we really had a great time.  The ship, Sunshine was a little difficult to find our way around and crew was even a little vague on how to get to locations but nothing that would stop us from traveling on the ship again.

We loved the spa and all of the amenities that it offered.  The staff in there were really nice.

We decided to do anytime dining and did one of the speciality restaurants one night.  Food was good but the speciality restaurant was just ok.

Our steward was great and met every need that we requested. 

Very easy boarding and leaving.

Shows were a little less than we expected but still entertaining.  It was difficult finding out what was available and exactly which location it was being shown.  We usually take in all of the shows available.

All and all the trip was a lot of fun and we really relaxed.  Room accommodations were really good.

This was our first cruise together and it was a great experience. Staff and the food was excellent. Our only tiff was related to boarding the boat. Extremely hectic and disorangized.

Cleanliness of ship, friendly and helpful staff,  well prepared food, what else could one want? As to entertainment, I enjoyed the comedians. I was told that the first floor show was good. Social Director very bubbly and wants to provide a good time for all. Casino has slots and table games.

It was a good value and overall everything was satisfactory.

There could be some improvement in general instructions...such as signage and directions to different locations of events.  A daily web television notice to announce events would be preferable to hard copy notice sent under the door would be very welcome.

Service was far inferior to previous cruises on another line.  Price was as high as other superior line.  itinerary fit my needs.  food was good and plentiful.  store staff was unprofessional but guest services was good. 

The weather was very cold and windy, but the outside pool was as warm as a hot tub.  We spent all of our evening in the pool watching movies on the big screen.   The food was very delicious, but the lines were too long and everything was crowded.   

The people Carnival hires are the friendliest and most helpful people!   We only had the issue with the sky rope line operators, where the woman decided to close the course (it is was time to close) while we were in line.   She said, come back in the afternoon, but the wind was too strong in the afternoon and the course never opened.   

Most importantly, our room was just below the Japanese restaurant where the crew started preparing food at 5AM and still was cleaning up at 11:30.  It was impossible to sleep!  At one night we went upstairs to find them hammering some crab shells open that shook our whole cabin.   

Talked to many guest who had the same experience.  

I had a great time with my friends celebrating our 50th birthdays (all 13 of us) and reuniting after so many years. The cruise itinerary and activities were good. Service in the dining area was excellent provided by Monika and I.Gusti. The food selection could have been better. Some were very small portion and cold/bland. The cabin size is very small and could not walk around with the luggage not stowed away. No toiletries provided.

I enjoyed the length of the cruise, it was like a long weekend.  The cruise director, Emma, was very approachable and friendly. Her and her staff made the cruise enjoyable.  I would recommend the cruise, I loved the town of New Brunswick, very quant. However, I would not book a balcony room again.  I paid extra for the room, but was not able to use the balcony.  So disappointed!!

wonderful time. Nice room and friendly staffs. windy weather. burrito station staaf needs warmer cloth. Cruise director Emma was great. Veterans celebration section was good.

I recommend this cruise to others.  It was fun for our first cruise.  It was our honeymoon and we loved the experience. The crew on-board was awesome and entertaining. My wife and I will definitely go on another cruise very soon and it will be awesome. 

Sitting in the lounge listening to Deja Vu. was the best relaxation we have had. This group is fantastic. Specialty restaurants were great. Only fault was dining room. they ruined roast chicken.

we had a great time I just wish had a few more different kinds of shows and activity than they had  I would recompend it couldn't have had better room service and the people in the dinnerroom were great. our main waitress Kenya) couldn't have been any better and her helpers were very helpful.
