Review summary
Service was far inferior to previous cruises on another line. Price was as high as other superior line. itinerary fit my needs. food was good and plentiful. store staff was unprofessional but guest services was good.

specialty dining was very good. DejaVu (band) was amazing. watch your step as I slipped on something on the floor and ended up in infirmary with stitches. cruiseline seemed more concerned with covering their asses than my well being. I was not even provided copy of incident report.
