Review summary

Thank you so much Christina Drumm () for working tirelessly and patiently year after year in accommodating me and my family.

I was okay with this cruise. Just okay. On occasion, disappointed. Carnival seems to be cutting back. Charging for certain items on the Room Service menu.

Trying to fit too many people on board, which clearly, this ship can't accommodate.

My only complaints were, no refrigerator, and a back up in the shower, which left a horrible smell.

Ship tip

If you are a pool person, beware, limited space to enjoy pool.

I was on the August 9th cruise. We went to order room service 1 night but saw there was a charge so we just did not order it . We were hardky in thecroom except to sleep.I think the show rooms are small but other than that the cruise was excellent. Great entertainment and food!!! Never had a problem with lines except for guys burgers. Many people we met had same feelings as we did. We really had a fun time!!Not sure why there are so many negative reviews.

I was on Sunshine remake of Destiny in July worst overcrowded also never saw so many children on a cruise. I have 29 cruises I am Diamond class. I do not know if it was the New York people or what. All my other cruises were from Miami, or Ft. Lauderdale.

I dislike the Sunshine for that very reason, it is too crowded. The items on the room service have be added pretty recently with charges. Those items were not on the menu before. I have been on over 50 Carnival cruises and the Sunshine is the only ship I dislike.

Beautiful ship and loved the ports but the food was a huge disappointment :(
