I have been on many cruises. I have never been on Carnial. I felt overall that the cruise was just average. I saved a long time to be able to take the family on a cruise. I was very disappointed in the food. The staff were good. Bottom line I will never take carnival again, way too many people and that lead for a lot of confusion.

The staff and service was outstanding, along with the food. The entertainment could have had more options

This was our first cruise and the cruise ship was very clean. We also appreciated the map on how to get around the ship

the crew displayed excellent customer service. . We had a wonderful time. Our rooms were cleaned. We would leave to explore the ship and came back to a clean room. The ship seemed to be in great condition and was clean at all times.

We were on our honeymoon so we didn't really do a ton of stuff but what we did do was pretty fun and fantastic.

The cruise overall was pretty good except for some of the food, the room attendants and the dining attendant were great.

Ship was comfortable and immaculate. Safe, quiet yet everyone was having fun.

The ship was very beautiful. It was large and it was hardly noticable that there were 3650 people on board, except at dinner time. The buffet line was out the door each day and the line moved at the pace of a 95year old human. I also disliked that many of the events planned that took my interest, ie: trivia, give aways, shows, and other fun activites, were scheduled back to back during lunch or dinner hour. If you wanted to do trivia followed by a scavenger hunt, you'd be playing right at meal times. It was very inflexible. This was a daily occurance. You have to choose to give something up.

The ship it self was okay but the entertainment was really low. I'm 24 yrs old and it was more for old people.

I thought the cruise was well geared towards all age groups. There were a ton of activities for everyone and they were all pretty fun. The staff were amazing and extremely friendly and helpful. I wish we could've stayed at the ports longer, especially Puerta Vallarta. Overall i had an amazing time and i would definitley recommend it.

The theater entertainment was not to our liking. The two main singers were not impressive. Too loud and no range.

Love the ship. Second time on it. Only criticism is you have to walk to the front of the ship on the first two floors or the fifth floor or above to access the Black Pearl restaraunt.

This was my first vacation and cruise. I absolutely loved it. I had so much fun. I went with my girlfriend, our daughter and my mother. The four of us had a blast. I was reluctant to participate in many of the activities for fear of being put up on stage but seeing how much fun the participants had i am definately going to participate next time.

Good for families, young people and first time cruisers. Not good for older couples who want a more peacefull environment. Yes, we like music and dancing, having some drinks and meeting new people....but walking among masses of people, trying to get through the frenzy at the buffet, climbing over each other at the pool, etc. is not fun!

The ship was clean and ran on time all the time, staff was great. Can't really say anything bad.

This was our 1st cruise and will definitely not be the last. The service alone will have us return. The food was great... lots & lots of food. Our room was surprisingly comfortable for our family of 4.
