This was our first cruise and the cruise ship was very clean. We also appreciated the map on how to get around the ship

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We loved our server in the dining room, he was amazing and went beyond to make us feel comfortable and special!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We loved all the shows except for one of the comedians during the family show, he was inappropriate and we hated the thongs. I don't enjoy feeling uncomfortable watching such amazing productions.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Amazing staff!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Great ship

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our stateroom was wonderful the only complaint was the drawers were not cleaned out and had the previous guests paperwork in it, a dirty tissue, etc.

Pros: The service! Everyday they greeted us by name and were so friendly and professional. Our table staff was exceptional and our room was kept clean and we loved the towel animals

Cons: The thongs were offensive in the Vegas Show/Some of our silverware was dirty and a plate I used in the buffet was dirty

Recommends Carnival Splendor? Yes!
