the food was very poor same every day also I understand you need to keep the price down and the display of the food not that great however I think the steak house was great you need more of this kind of restaurants

I waited in lines at all of the ship bars, which were were under staffed.

My wife and I we had wonderful time on this Mexican Riviera cruise!

WE do not typically cruise Carnival. Due to our Age we usually cruise Princess, except when bring our adult children, we do Royal Carribean.

Decent cruise, bar service should have been faster and efficient.

What a wonderful experience for a first time cruiser. The staff made this trip wonderful, particularly the dining room staff and the spa staff! There is so much to do and explore on the ship!

The actual cruise was superlative. All emplyees and staff were great. Had diners with some great people and very much liked the friendly, helpful and courteous of all the shipboard employees. The shore excursions were a different matter. I know Carnival is not directly associated with the shore excursion operators but it would have greatly enhanced our total experience had we been able to participate in some of the more fun excursions, rather than having to settle for just shopping or having to hire somebody on our own to give us a driving tour. as was the case in Pueta Vallarta

It was a fun time, although not quite what we expected.

JJ at Bingo was fun, Boccee Ball was fun also. Comedy was good

We enjoyed the cruise overall but it didn’t stack up well with our earlier experiences on other cruise lines. This was our first experience with Carnival and unless we are offered a significant price break over the other cruise lines and see some significant improvements in the future we will probably go elsewhere.

We had a wonderful time and were treated like royalty.

This was a great trip. Relaxing, beautiful weather and many new memories. This was our first to all of the ports. Hope to do it again sooner than later.

Ship, staff and food was great but entertainment was horrible primarily because of lack of variety and shining bright lights in our eyes.

Carnival is lots of fun, but not as organized or smooth as higher end cruises

This was our first cruise - and it was a 9 day cruise! We plan to cruise in the future w Carnival. We highly recommend anyone go w Carnival - great service, great food, great memories!!!

Overall, I will not cruise Carnival again, even if they are cheaper. The fact that my bedding problem could have been solved after the first night and wasn't is unforgiveable. The ship is not user-friendly, it is difficult to get from one end to the other. If you buy pictures and pay extra for a copy on a CD, make sure they give you the right picture. They didn't, and you can't tell by the thumbnail photo on the package.

The entertainment group was phenomenal. They were so friendly and we really enjoyed getting to hang out with them. The waiters we had were equally as amazing. Erika, Dani, M&M were so much fun. We had a wonderful time and we are already planning our next cruise.

Overall great cruise. People were fabulous. Not our original itinerary, but you can't control mother nature. We made the best of it. We make a point to find every room on board and eat at every restaurant.
