The Pearl Restaurants and the Stake House need to take a course in grilling, frying a steak. Rare means rare, Not Well! Medium Rare means with juicy red middle, Not Well! Medium dose not mean Shoe Leather! The service was AWESOME thru-out the ship. The were constantly cleaning serving areas. The night crews were dismantling the food lines and sterilizing with bleach and water. The wait staff were always there to make sure you were doing ok.

The Bar Staff was AWESOME!!! They were very friendly, there was always someone checking with you on the casino floor to bring you a drink. Very attentive and Holesome!
