Splendor did not meet expectations by nikkiand3cs

The cabin bathroom smelled horrible. Housekeeping halfway cleaned room. I attached picture of bedroom after Housekeeping came. They left 2 upper bunks unmade and when I called and complained they said that the shift was almost over and they would make the beds the following day.
