Manin restaurant servers were kind of overwhelmed/disorganized. Food was good. Buffet was very annoying - Carnival buffet has all food lined up, so you have to go through the whole line, and all the slow people who take forever to decide what they want. Contrast Royal which has stations where you can get just what you want.
