Loved the Splendor and would highly recommend! Not the newest of ships but the staff were great as well as the activities available. Had a wonderful time.

Servers, staff and housekeepers were amazing. Overall this was a lovely trip.

This cruise was a lot of fun. It was a planned vacation with a group of 12 family members and friends; some had cruised before and some had never cruised. We enjoyed the options of dining together in the MDR and at the other eateries on the Lido deck. At times we went as a group to the Comedy Clubs, 88 Keys performance, Piano Bar, listening to the violinists trio, etc. We danced in the atrium to the 70's and 80's music. Enjoyed the Calypso music on the Lido Deck in the casino etc. We socialized mostly on the Lido Deck sunbathing, playing card games and watching the entertainment, i.e. ice carving, hairy man's contest, etc. There was never a dull moment. Because we had the Cloud 9 Spa package we took advantage of it every dat. The food was always available with lots of choices to choose from. We had so much fun that a group of us are booking a Girl's Trip next year. Also, the new cruisers are hooked.

Well, what can I say, it’s Carnival so it was GREAT!! I just came back from a Roundtrip 7 Night Mexican Riviera Cruise, and it was so FUN!! The whole family enjoyed the cruise! It was relaxing, fun, and friendly! There was many fun activities to do also a lot of food!! Even though the Splendor may seem a lil older than the other newer ships, it still has that same feeling of comfort and fun. On our stops we got to go to Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan, then Puerto Vallarta! We had already booked our excursions, 2 month before. We got to experience the culture and overall have fun!! We just came back home and the whole family misses it already! Also theres GREAT SHOWS!!

We enjoyed each day! Had a blast too! Relaxing time with a lot to do if you choose to! Would highly recommend this cruise!

Overall, we had a great experience. Staff was super friendly. Our cabin steward Joseph went out of his way for us. In out restaurant, the black pearl, our waiter Gavin, Dodi and Mahendra were awesome as well! I’d give the a 4/5... the pizzaera and hamburger grill was always good. All in all, I’d be a repeat customer

Overall, our cruise was amazing. I love the Splendor and am sad that the ship is leaving next year. I would definitely recommend the behind the fun tour. I knew the crew all worked very hard to ensure we had a perfect vacation but it was great to see it all first hand.

Everything was amazing!! The staff was friendly and worked very very hard. The food was fantastic, so much options to pick from! I recommend the magnolia food in lunch. The lines are long so your going to have to be patient with everything. The pools are salty but it didn’t bother me at all, water slides didn’t have long lines at all it was 5 min max. The ports were the highlight of the trips, on the weather app puerto Vallarta said rain but it didn’t rain at all for both days we stayed. Cabo was super sunny and humid. We did a boat ride and tour for $15 per person and walked like 30-40 minutes to the beach! Super worth it!! Amazing clear water. Puerto Vallarta we walked 15 minutes to the beach, but the water isn’t as clear as Cabo San Lucas. Still great! If you want FREE fast WiFi in puerto Vallarta go to Walmart! Our cabins were in such a good location(deck 2 fwd) no noise no smell, super clean and good service! I recommend going to all the shows especially the hasbro game show!

If you buy internet. Buy for one person only. Its to slow and when it works you can always share cause you can sing out of facebook and have other person sing in. Not worth the price. Too slow

Lovely vacation. 2 days at sea in a row we got a little cabin fever, but itinerary probably can't be helped.

The staff was amazing! Pablo our steward was great at making sure we had everything we needed and checking in with us on our first day. I Noyman and his team in the Gold Pearl Dining Room were so attentive and even when we weren’t sitting with them in the morning made sure our meal was ok. Food: We felt the food was normal or at least good for cruise food. We did not feel that the deli was great and the pizza station took forever and often weren’t ready when they opened. The tandoor station and Mongolian wok were really good. The bbq was also really good. Shows: Shows were good and well put on. We didn’t like a couple of the comedians and felt that their shows weren’t always appropriate even for 18+. Faster to the Fun: Faster to the Fun was well worth the cost. We got off right away in Cabo where you tender and embarkation and debarkation could not have been easier. Condition of Ship: The ship is dated and falling apart and as you know the ship is up for a renovation. Take with it what you will but you’re on the ship not for its look and you aren’t constantly in the room.

Very relaxing cruise. Bring a light jacket, west coast is a little cool at night.

The ship was in need for some upgrades, which i hear is coming soon the Splendor. The staff was excellent and food was good. Overall fun family vacation.

This was our first cruise. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary as well as my wife’s 50th birthday. I felt very pampered, very relaxed and really enjoyed our trip. Weill are already planning our next cruise. Thank you, Carnival and the Crew of the Splendor.

Staff was amazing. Loved our room steward Bjorn (BJ) There were 12 of us in our party including 2 youngsters. He couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating!! We had your time dining which I love. Only downfall is not getting to know your wait staff. We requested to be seated in an area where we had a eaiter previously when possible. Overall great cruise. Don't care about the pink decor. I hardly noticed it.

This was my first time cruising and it was great. We truly enjoyed ourselves and met some wonderful people. FTTF was well worth it. Even tho I got a little sea sick on the first day, I will be cruising again just on another ship.

The ship was a lot of fun, great staff,easy to get around. We all had a wonderful time, cant wait to repeat the cruise again in December!
