Review summary
This cruise was a lot of fun. It was a planned vacation with a group of 12 family members and friends; some had cruised before and some had never cruised. We enjoyed the options of dining together in the MDR and at the other eateries on the Lido deck. At times we went as a group to the Comedy Clubs, 88 Keys performance, Piano Bar, listening to the violinists trio, etc. We danced in the atrium to the 70's and 80's music. Enjoyed the Calypso music on the Lido Deck in the casino etc. We socialized mostly on the Lido Deck sunbathing, playing card games and watching the entertainment, i.e. ice carving, hairy man's contest, etc. There was never a dull moment. Because we had the Cloud 9 Spa package we took advantage of it every dat. The food was always available with lots of choices to choose from. We had so much fun that a group of us are booking a Girl's Trip next year. Also, the new cruisers are hooked.Embarkation

Ship tip
I have sailed on the larger ships i.e. Breeze and Vista, etc. The Splendor is smaller but offered the same amazing cruise, with shorter buffet lines, short wait lines for elevator, etc.
