Review summary

It was our first cruise. We had a very relaxing time by the pool, in the spa, and in the common areas. We could be as chill or as busy as we chose. Just what I needed!

The customer service was outstanding! We did not encounter one staff person that was not smiling, helpful, and kind.

Ship Quality

The ship is definitely due for refurbishment. That being said, it was kept impeccably clean.

We did a tour of Old Town and 2 Tequila factories. Our tour guide Victor was very knowledgeable about the region and city's history, as well as about tequila.

Very organized. If you choose to NOT carry off your own bags, make your bag stand out in some way so someone won't take your bag by mistake, as happened to my cruise mate. Carnival worked hard to help us find it
