Review summary

You know I've been on 7 plus cruises and have not had any bad experiences so I'm thinking this time was just a fluke. And it wasn't something that I wasn't able to deal with!

Embarkation

Delays, Carnival failed to provide clear information on the process of maneuvering around the construction at the pier. The check in was the worst I have ever experienced in all my cruising. Understanding there was needed construction but Carnival could have done better with the process of getting the people onboard!

I'm doing this survey to rate the Waiter and his helpers. They were exceptional. I was among a group that wasn't necessarily the easiest to tend to but yet they handled our group with great respect. They went beyond by helping us celebrate birthdays celebrations. They showed genuine concerns for our needs. Very patient with our particular issues. Adnan, Wayan, and Luis were the best!!!!! They deserve special recognition!

I was in cabin 7368. The room stewards, Margarette and her helper were very accommodating. They worked very proficiently and always had a smile on their faces. Again went beyond to make our trip enjoyable!

Tried not to use the bathrooms outside of my cabin because of health concerns but when I did, they were not very clean. Felt like they needed more attention!
