things improved once we finally got on the ship, boarding 1st time was a horror. lines for luggage, lines to get room key and lines get on the ship. talking about hours here. changed the route due to Hillary, lots of people unhappy about only 1 day in Cabo when it should have been 2. trips planned had to be cancelled. One of the best shows we have ever seen on a ship. New orleans, comedy not so good, heard all old jokes from the internet and the he had to keep checking his list. over all cruise director annoying !! sorry but.. would have liked to see a weather report on the ship daily info.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
problem getting dinner items without items being soaked with or poured over with butter. Hostess really tried to help by ordering ahead, and still buttered. I was ill from one meal that was special ordered.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
singers and dancers were the best I have seen on 25 plus trips. comics fair, could be better.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Alexsandra in the Empire on #3 was outstanding !!! she so wanted to help me and even her orders for me were incorrect out of the kitchen, she was a very caring person and an asset to the company. Thompson our waiter was great and also went out of his way to help.
Ship Quality

needed more hand washing stations, especially at the boarding entrance from each port, doors in the ladies washrooms were very heavy and once in you could not tell if a stall was occupied. very clean all over the ship
Cabin / Stateroom

yeah, finally on a ship where the room air-conditioner worked right. our room attendant was somewhat new and he did an excellent job. Garry- you were so friendly
just walked around, probably spent more time walking in this port, we would have liked to see more of the country but again TOO expensive to do. I have been on the Splendor and made it back to the home port in a day.
off & right back on ship. nothing there
do not do tours off the ship, far TOO expensive. not worth the docking here. should have planned better regardless of the hurricane to spend more time in Cabo, not crowded with lots of ships.
