The Middle of a Fabulous Cruise

Sail Date: September 23, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Balcony

The ship was great, the buffet was okay. As usual the bed was wonderful. The beginning was kinda rough because we booked a balcony guarantee and got an obstructed balcony, it was changed for a small fee and all ended well there after losing a nights sleep. I purchased transfers from the port to the airport and the bus was not marked, we could not hear if any announcement was made as to which airport we were going and the carnival representative put us on the wrong bus. I called carnival and they expected us to ride the bus back to the port and then take a different bus to the right airport but our plane was a 1:35 flight so we would have missed it. Our bus driver saved the day by dropping us off at the correct airport after everyone else was off the bus. Long day.

Pros: Kissing the dolphins was a once in a lifetime event!

Cons: The Carnival Representative in the port put us on the wrong bus to the wrong airport???

Felt really small?
I only went to three shows and usually I would have gone to all of them. Just not that wonderful, except for the guest talent was fabulous!
Ensenada, Mexico
We went to see the blow hole and all the way there were harassing vendors! The blow hole did not cooperate and it cost money to use the restroom?
Don't Miss: Blow Hole Tour
Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
Our granddaughter could not go under water due to an ear injury and so we were limited, but this was a fantastic time!
Don't Miss: Royal Dolphin Encounter
Cabo San Lucas, Mexico
This was our second go round with these ladies and they are the best of the best! All ages have fun on this shore excursion!
Don't Miss: Salsa and Salsa
Manzanillo, Mexico
We had a really nice cultural experience and traditional meal.
Don't Miss: Magic Pueblos
