We were very disappointed in the entertainment on board. The entertainment on board was poor. Not enough to do!

The ship was a great experience. The decor is bit 80's Vegas or Atlantic City Gaudy - but the people & the food are amazing!

Overall, the cruise is okay. We ran into some stormy weather which is par for the course this time of the year I suppose, so if you don't like rain and rocky waves with your golden beaches it would be best to steer clear of the Bahamas this time of year. Also if you prefer to travel a bit further and not cruise to another US state from Baltimore (I.E. FLORIDA) pick another cruise. It was a bit annoying to cruise to a place we could just drive to, but what can you do when this is the only cruise with the right timing for our vacation. Personal preference - I like a quieter, less rowdy cruise, so Carnival is not the place to go for that. That said, there are lots of activities for kids and for the most part they don't mix with adults (unless you go to the pools, where it is always chock full of kids.) The Pride is one of their mid-sized ships with about 2400 passengers, so there can be lots of competition for facilities and lots of people about. Overall the rooms were clean - cleaned twice a day, though not vacuumed. Maybe not the best if you like things pristinely cleaned but it was clean enough for my standards. We had asked for separate beds but they put our beds together and didn't fix it until the second day. The cleaning crew came by to apologize, which we appreciated. Food was not great, as I mentioned earlier. The Lido buffet was ALWAYS crowded when I went. Overall the staff were very nice and friendly, except for one instance where I went to the gym and signed up for one of their sessions - a "free foot consultation". I was there early and waited for 15 minutes past the start time, and the organizer did not bother to even spare me a glance or make eye contact or apologise for making me wait as he attended to another person, it was like I didn't exist. I don't know if it was because I was of East Asian descent or maybe I just didn't look like I wanted his attention (didn't want to say anything to interrupt the session he was having with his first person) but still I felt really stupid standing there waiting for that long without acknowledgment.

The ship was beautiful and the staff was great. Our stateroom was very near to elevators and stairs. This was our 9th cruise and I was impressed with this ship.

I loved the balcony, and that you could see the moon and stars at night. It was very private, and we especially enjoyed that.

The ship needs some sprucing up, new furniture, lighting, etc.

This was my first cruise and my girlfriends 3 for Carnival and she said it completly changed. The bed's were rock hard and everyone we met on the cruise complained about having body aches. The food was ok. One instance at night I went to get her french fries and there were blood on the french fries. Some of the wait staff where pretty rude and seemed to roll eyes and make werid gestures when making a request.

Overall it was a great ship. It was my wife's first cruise and she is ready to go again.

GREAT TRIP AND VERY CLEAN SHIP WITH A VERY FREINDLY CREW, PLANNING ON ANOTHER CRUISE ON THE SAME SHIP. THIS WAS OUR 4TH CRUISE AND THE 1ST WITH CARNIVAL, CARNIVAL WILL DEFFENTILY BE OUR NEXT CRUISE.

The ship was not bad it was the service. We had a really bad experience in the dining room, the first night it took almost 20 minutes to get spoken to and get a drink. The overall dining experience was well over 2 hours, wany to long. A lot of the people on the ship did not speak either. Now, the room server was amazing, he was simply one of the best I have ever had.

The Carnival Pride trip to Bermuda was wonderful. The staff really helped to make our trip special and lots of fun. They were all very pleasant, helpful and funny...very interactive with us. They work very hard but still have their sense of humor. The room was great with a balcony. Very comfortable. Loved the towel animals every night!!

The ship was very beautiful and the service was excellent. The wait staff in the dining room was one of the best for service and entertainment we have ever had (table 302) Our waiter Gerald and his assistants are among the best we've ever had in our ten years of cruising.Thanks for making our cruise so memorable (Gerald and assistants)We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary on the cruise and even though we never said anything we felt like we were being treated special. We will have many memories of this cruise thanks in part to Gerald.

ship was ok...a bit dated...service from staff ok...many spoke little english so hard to understand..room was fine..beds comfy..shows i felt below average...comedy show much better...bathrooms seemed to be out or order very often...dining room food fair and our waiters just ok..the weather was great so we enjoyed the beaches...pool on ship too small for amount of guests

It seemed like there wasn't much to do on the ship. The jaccuzis were so crowded it was butt to butt, there were no live bands for dancing, entertainment was same old dance routines, comedians were not very good, and there was nothing new to see or do.

Excellent cruise

The cruise was ok, customer service was exceptional, it was clean, the steakhouse was nice.

Keep it up --- go farther than Key West/Nassau

The cruise ship was great after we got past the onboard credit issues that were part of the reservation. We originally booked our cruise directly through Carnival but wanted to take advantage of BJ's promotions as well. The promo with Carnival included $150 onboard credit. After being confirmed that credit would be there after the booking was transferred, I went ahead and went with BJ's. Our agent's name is Anthony Taylor. He assured me that on top of Carnivals promotion of $150 onboard credit, we would get an additional $50 onboard credit as well as a $100 BJ's gift card. What we got instead was $105 onboard credit upon arrival at the cruise ship. After calling several times to both the travel agents involved in the booking, I got no assistance. Just bad news. What was neglected to be informed was that we had to be premium BJ's members to receive the additional $50 credit. I will never book our cruise through BJ's Vacations again after this inconvenience. That $100 gift card is really worth $75 after the fee I paid for transferring the booking from Carnival to BJ's.
