I been on many Carnival ships..Pride was my first time... They ruined my wedding day

Got married on ship..no one had a clue the wedding was suppose to happen. The communication of staff was not professional at all. Even after I showed them my paperwork. What the carnival wedding told me and what happen were two different things. Not only was I trying to get stuff corrected by asking speak managers but also trying not to let my guest that came from out town for this wedding know that Carnival Pride had no clue about a wedding...So I didn't even know if it was going to be a wedding. The entire cruise management didnt come to speak to me. Staff scrambled got the weeding venue set up, but still, no one came and apologized for the mishap. When you overhear staff say they was just told about wedding. Then the carnival employee that suppose be in charge of wedding keep walking away from you when you trying get stuff figured out and you overhear someone on walkie-talkie tell her we(they) had a meeting other day about wedding so everything should have been in place already. I just happy I didn't spend even more money have real big wedding on ship. I still haven't got call back from carnival been since November The wedding day suppose to be happy.

To get on ship and was told they wasn't aware of my wedding. All staff was like I don't know nothing about ot went about there business. Talk me rude. Worst experience I ever had with carnival. Room steward told me get out my room I couldn't change into my wedding dress

First time ever had any issues on carnival and for me getting married on ship should have been excited and not full of disappointment . My happy day wasn't no way near happy

Finding parking garage was crazy. Address wasn't right when put in GPS. Nobody around help you
