They are getting worse on each cruise. Fewer selections and lesser quality. One of the lobster tails they served literally crumbled on the plate. Sent back and got ok tail. Across the board lower quality

Lip sync is fine for poolside fun but not the main show at night. Hypnotist was fall asleep boring. Quality has been falling and no bottom yet. Sad for those of us who remember good quality shows

We are platinum level. Cruises many lines. Hear people put down carnival as lower level line. I used to disagree and say they are fine if you know what they are. Well they are not what they were any more. We go on pride journeys a couple times a year and have changed plans since we returned Sunday. Not going in November this year. May be done for good with them. See how my mood changes over time. We have been on enough cruises to see some people complain about things that are there own fault or unreasonable to want. We know how things should be and this was among the worst Cruise we have done and this is someone who likes the pride and had liked carnival fir what they are. Good and bad. But mostly bad is too bad to put up with
Wife robbed of her purse on island. Ok island other than that. Different than other islands. This had no effect on cruise review. Reported to police and carnival
Totally a mess. Platinum level. Letter on board said go to deck 2. We get there and they tell us go to deck 3. I ask about elevator for disabled wheelchair wife and am told elevator will be controlled by staff so no problem. Big problem. Staff only took elevators to 2 nd floor and locked out buttons so stranded on 3 rd floor. Tried to talk to staff and got they will be ther but when I went to 2 nd floor and got on elevator and told operator to go to 3 rd floor they said they did not have ability. Nightmare
Glad to hear we're not the only ones with a horrible experience on the Pride (2yrs ago). That was our 6th cruise with Carnival and had been happy with them up until then. Service was horrible, employees acted like I was an inconvenience to them. I totally agree, disembarkation was a total mess! We said we were done with Carnival, but we're giving it one more shot. We're sailing on the new Panorama next month. I hope it is better than our experience on the Pride and if not, I'm sure we'll be done with Carnival!
We have cruised 3 different lines. Carnival is by far our least favorite. After a fairly disastrous trip with them I said I would never go back with them. So far I have stuck to my guns. Better service with other lines!
