Excellent up util Barbados excursion that was booked through the ship. Had to stay off knee as much as possible & used a cane.

Yes, we were anchored at end last pier, had to walk from there to where bus was parked out side building. Poor planning & communication between desk services & your department for getting booked guest to your bus’s over 350 passengers taken off ship at one time & bearded like cattle to our bus. This resulted in my right knee going out. Am scheduled for therapy to begin on 12/10. Have been off my knee since return from cruise.
