On this ship, and I'm not sure if it was caused by weather, it swayed more than I ever felt. The waves were high and there were times when even liquid in a glass was sloshing around... I did enjoy my cruise
Embarkation

Parking was easy, we had an appointed arrival time. One in our group was in a wheelchair so I think we were moved up into a line for VIP's. All in all a good experience.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Buffets were just ok, there was a lot of food but nothing that I wanted to eat again. The best places to eat were The Blue Iguana and The Pizzeria. In the main dining room the food was mediocre, the wait staff, especially Richard, was amazing. The entertainment was funny and hid the fact that Service was slow.
Onboard Activities

Pools were small, but clean. I did enjoy the serenity pool area however as it is for adults only. The water slides were a blast. The casino and staff were enjoyable. I enjoyed the spa, as always.
Entertainment

Good lights and effects but for the most part felt like a high school musical..
Children's Programs
No children
Service and Staff

Richard, our waiter at dinner was warm and welcoming. We asked to be seated in his section every evening. Other staff members were kind as well, but everyone seemed to be over worked.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Design was easy to learn, shop was clean. There were a few areas that could use some TLC, but nothing that would keep me from returning.
Cabin / Stateroom

Clean and functional, had everything we needed, room for a foldable wheelchair.
Ship tip
Relax, sometimes other patrons think they shouldn't wait and cut you off, but, you'll get what you need.
No excursions, the beach near the ship was rocky, wish I'd walked farther down the shore. Was told that it was much better there. Margaritaville was a blast, They have a Hugh pool, good nachos and drinks, would highly recommend a visit there. Good shopping as well...
We got on the smaller boats to transfer to the island. (we got numbers to get on) which was pointless because they called almost all the numbers at once and we stood in the halls for a long time to get on. But once I was there it was like heaven, the sand was white, the water warm. They supplied a big lunch of hot dogs, hamburgers, jerk chicken and all the fixings. There were paths to explore the island. I would have been happy to have stayed there instead of going to Grand Turk and Freeport.
Did not go to the beach here. We did take a taxi into Lucaya, $10 each. Most of the shops were like the shops right off the boat but there were a few nice jewelry shops. A few restaurants, I didn't go to any of them though.
Same as all other disembarakments, hurry up and wait. It's all good though, especially when you're all trying to get off together. They did a good job...
Depends on what captain you get. The one we had on our first cruise was easy going and not in a hurry. Smooth sailing. Our second cruise had a different captain who apparently thought he was in the movie "Speed 2: Cruise Control". Kind of a dick too. Rough seas and way early arrivals all the way. That's not a criticism of the ship itself, just the captain.
Weather somewhere is the usual cause of ocean waves. Either that or the rushing side-to-side party on the Lido deck was attended by over 2,000 cruisers vs the normal 14 folks.
