There are some very nice staff on the ship. However we encountered Baby Doll who yelled at us for going to where we were told to go to exit the ship for Half Moon Cay. My son was hobbling so there was no option that we were going back to the upper deck for a ticket after we were told not to. And every time I saw her after the incident she did not acknowledge or look my way.

Food in the Main Dinning Room was great. Our server Derita and Team were AWESOME!!
I wish I would have known that I did not need the beverage package. All of the drinks that we preferred were served in the Lido Deck Buffet. I wish I had brought a container or a reusable cup was provided.
And the Hot Tea - The water tasted like bathroom water. The flavor of the water overpowered the tea.

Derita and Team again were awesome. By the end of day 1 she knew who we were by name and could say it to you. She was confident and could get my son to eat different things as well as know the portion sizes that he wanted.

The cabin was nice. The TV was old...my son asked what was hanging on the back of the screen. Some rooms had flat screen TVs with working remotes.
Ship tip
Don't go on the sports deck and do not play basketball. There is a net that covers the court top and sides it is not properly secured on the deck. It is a hazard and makes the court smaller with no room for a complete game.
Do you mean baby Jane the girl with the English accent who host the trivia contests , if that's who you are talking about then I agree the most annoying staff member on the ship , the girl not to make fun but couldn't read the questions and it was very frustrating after awhile !!
