Food was really good and the prices were unbelievable for Steakhouse. I don't like that my husband was unable to participate in the Cheers program because I do not drink alcohol and didn't feel it was in our best interest to waste money on two packages if I don't drink alcohol.

Onboard Activities

Activities were great however I didn't enjoy children in the bar areas. I was looking to relax without kids and there were not many places on the ship for adults only. Serenity was nice but closed early and was always terribly crowded

Cabin 8218 I couldn't get any sleep at night. Not sure what was above us but there was constant noise and banging all through the day and night.

To the reviewer that was miserable on the Pride . I need to text 2 things. #1 We've always had a good time on the Pride , I suppose we are lucky . #2 Happiness is a very personal thing , it's a matter of choice and what we make of it. I hope you give the Pride another chance in the future .

My experiences on the Pride have all been great. A cruise is what YOU make it. The cruise lines gives you the opportunities, you have decide what to do. Will you make a bad choice at times, YES, but you shrug it off and move on and don't let an experience ruin your entire cruise. Most importantly, don't take all the reviews you read here as gospel. Lastly, cruising is not for everyone. You try it a couple of times. You will know if cruising is right for you.

Please elaborate why, do not make a statement like that and not explain why. I have sailed on the Pride and like all other cruise ships there are issues but not bad enough issues to make me not cruise again. There is no such thing as a perfect cruise, because it is impossible to achieve 100% rating from everyone. However the overall experience can make the small problems insignificant.

From what I have read, the majority say that the had a good time, the staff was nice, the food was good and the ship was nice. Best advice I can give is to keep checking reviews.
