Review summary

We have cruised on the Carnival Pride 8 times and love the size of the ship and it's crew. My only complaint is that I wish they would change the ports since we have seen these so often. They need to add new ports.

Embarkation

Fast and easy- we were in our stateroom 30 minutes after arriving at the port.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Food was very good and the selections were wonderful. Love lunch at the Deli. Guy Fierri's burgers and fries were the best!

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Choices of activities during the day were not good, BUT...Evenings had plenty to do and see. The cast of singers and dancers were fantastic as were the shows.

@mrIndr I know what you mean. I think Charleston is the worst when it comes to destinations options. Baltimore isn't as bad if you go on the Pride and the Grandeur, but you have to aim for the longer cruises (which can be pricey, & too time consuming for most people with jobs). I guess I'm going to have to eventually fly 😕. ✈️🙅

or take a different ship to different ports.

I'd sail the Pride again in a heart beat but the wife is tired of the same ports as well.

Unfortunately they are limited in the number of ports they can visit in a 7 day cruise because of the distance it would have to travel to reach the ports. But they do offer different ports from Baltimore on the Price with their 14 day itinerary. But for 7 days there really are no other options other than the ones they are currently visiting on their 7 day itineraries.
