Review summary

This was our third time traveling Carnival cruise lines. I don't know what the problem is at the Baltimore Terminal. But it was awful. Apparently the lift to the main floor of the ship was broken and according to the staff had been for months. So we all had to walk up to the main floor .I agree with the other reviews ..the ship was looking rough, the staff acted liked they could care less, and even the entertainment was lack luster. This was a special trip for us as we were able to finally able to afford to take our three grandsons, we had promised them years ago, that when we went on a cruise again ..that they would go From the beginning, having to walk up to our floor..to the dining arrangements ,to even ordering room service it was a nightmare.

It looked worn and dated.

Ship tip

Watch your bill. We had charges for items that we didn't order. And didn't receive the items we did pay for.

The ship and crew are outstanding. I wonder how many of these people were actually on the Pride.

the gangway wasn't working and you had to use the entrance that the crew members use. there were two elevators to take you up the the little essential were really long so alot of people walked up about three flights of stairs to get to the ships entrAnce. I walked the stairs in December.

The gangway is fixed now. It wasn't when we left on March 19 but when we returned on March 26 we used it to debark.

Are you saying the elevator wasnt working or the gangway was out of service? The elevators had to be working to get people unable to walk up stairs up to their deck. No way you had to walk up more than one floor. Its the same has when you get off at a port.

there was a accident and the gang way was being repaired . people were say tell gang way was fixed. I guess it was malfunctioning when you were there.

We cruised last year the same day the ship hit the dock. We had to board on deck 1. From what I understand it is fixed now. I'll know for sure next month.
