Review summary

Great trip. But the issue with the brown water in the cabins is something that has to be remedied. There was sediment in the tub and sinks. The staff stated that it was from a switching of water tanks. If this ship is in constant rotation then how could dirt and sediment build up like it did. We could actually scoop it up. We were told to run the water for 10 to 15 minutes prior to using it, even after doing that the water still had a brown hue to it.

The cabin had brown water and sediment running through the sinks and the bath tub. we had to run the water 10 to 15 mins prior to bathing and brushing our teeth. And the water still had brown tint to it after running it for 10 to 15 minutes.

Ship tip

The cabin attendant was very good. He attended to our needs, but could not do anything about the water.

Just returned Sunday and did not experience anything like this in or cabin. Water was perfect, even drank the tap water a few times. All was great with our cruise. No complaints here.

i am an exsmoker and i always followed the rules. i report all smokers smoking in non smoking areas. the very last thing i want to experience on a ship ar sea is a fire. neither burning, drowning, nor being eaten alive appeal to me.

cig smoke??? i thought smoking was banned inside cabins and if you did they fined you for deodorizing. if that is so i would have them give you a credit or relocate you.

Complain to the company. We're going at end of October if it's like that I plan on taking photos and would complain.
