Review summary
We experienced excellent service and had a lot of fun on this cruise with friends and family. sea days were very relaxing and we had several excellent shore excursions. The ones through were especially good: We went to the Mayan site Altun Ha in Belize and went snorkeling on the Barrier reef in Roatan.
The reason for 4 stars is that the ship did mess up on tendering when they did not get passengers off even though several tenders were waiting. we lost at least an hour ashore at Belize - luckily our tour waited for us but it was stressful and seemed unnecessary since the gang plank was down and boats were waiting for passengers but our tender numbers were called an hour late (no numbers were called for almost an hour). No idea what was happening. A staff member tried to tell us that there were no boats but we were sitting by a window and 4 tenders were waiting the whole time.
However our other service was excellent with great waiters in the dining room and room service was perfect. Our room was very clean. We also enjoyed the show, especially the piano bar and 88 keys. The family comedy shows were also good with hilarious kids on the front rows that the comedians played right into. We did not stay up for the adult shows but heard they were standing room only. Food was too good - we both gained weight. The young people with us (20s-30s) also had a great time.

Ship tip
We loved our balconies. We had connecting rooms and had them open the balconies up so we could use both sides and it was great for entertaining.
