We enjoyed our cruise but were a bit disappointed with the layout and style of the NEW ship. Some how they made a bigger ship seem very small and a special trip seem mediocre. All in all the Panorama seems minimal and about efficiency at the expense of the cruiser.

I would go again and bring friends. The ship was beautiful, the musicals were the best.

This was our first cruise on the Pacific side of Mexico and we enjoyed it. It got cold at times, especially when the wind was blowing, but for the most part the sun was shining and all was well. This is a very large ship, and there are some large crowds once again. Only had a few instances where we couldn't find a seat for whatever we wanted to do though.

It was enjoyable, the food was good and the crew was great.

It was an awesome cruise. We do enjoyed the ship we stayed on ship at 2 of our ports.

My wife and I were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. I called ahead and asked the staff to make sure and recognize our anniversary, they never did. I was disappointed that there was nothing done to bring attention to it.

At the time I wasn't a huge fan of the new ship. There wasn't a lot of cleaning or disinfecting happening and covid was becoming a major concern. I got really sick for 2 days to the point I couldn't leave the room. Furthermore I love the over the top elegant elevators and decor of the previous ships and the panorama just felt very compact like everything had been made smaller to fit more things in. The crew wasnt friendly at all and I actually overheard a bartender making a whale watching joke calling the passengers whales. I let carnival Corp know about the issues onboard after we got home. I had zero interest in sailing on panorama again.. but then Covid shutdowns began shortly after we returned.. absence has definitely made my memories fonder lol I can't wait to get back onboard. From what I've seen online the new crew is amazing, the ship is kept squeaky clean and with reduced capacity I think it's going to be a great experience all around. Fingers crossed for a better experience this time around!

Carnival is a good deal for the price. The ship employees are always nice, fun and interactive. Cruising in general is a great way to vacation and relax. But don’t expect a “wow” factor at all. And if they can over charge you for something on the ship, they will. Be prepared to pay for “extras” on the ship.

Cruise was good until there was a medical emergency that my wife and I assisted with, carnival let a man die and they treated us like garbage after the incident

Good but I probably would go on carnival again as the entertainment was not good. I like the musicals and circ de soleil. The "musicals" here weren't good. Food was good but needs more consistency in menu in find dining. Ship was overall good but I get great experience from other ships

What a wonderful first time and won’t be the last cruise. Loved the attention, you were not just a passenger but VIP an called by name each time.

Great Mexican Riviera cruise on Carnival's Panorama!

I loved to do this cruise, I enjoyed so much, it worth to spend time on board and ports. Everything was very good, food, entertainment, crew's attentions were excellent, they are very profesionals. Absolutely, I was fascinated that I planned to do more trips. Than you.

Really enjoyed the cruise overall. Food on board was great and there was always plenty of things to do.

Will not sail again in this ship. Hopefully the older ships have not changed. Carnival seems to have changed their target market to first time cruisers that don’t know anything else.

DInning crew in Vista their maitre’d, Ivica, Nedelyko and team was excellent. Our cabin crew Lloyd courteous and excellent.

Due to the facy that Carnival Panorama was new and the flagship for Carnival, we had some high expectations. Overall, we were disappointed.
